Cannot copy and paste a narrow network into a dataset requiring wide networks.

Cause

The geometric network was originally built in a narrow format that supports feature classes with IDs up to 9,999. A narrow network cannot be copied into a geodatabase that contains Class IDs in excess of 9,999. In order to contain classes with an ID of 10,000 or greater, the network must be rebuilt in the wide format in the target geodatabase.
