Increase the resolution and quality of an image exported from ArcView

Summary

You can alter the resolution (dots per inch [dpi]) and quality of some images you export from ArcView.

Procedure

1. Open the View or Layout.
2. Select Export from the File menu.
3. Click the Options button.
   
   

   Note:
    If the Options button is not available, you cannot make any adjustments to the selected image format.

   
   
4. Make the desired adjustments.
   
   

   Note:
   The higher the dpi and quality, the larger your output file.
