License Manager: ESRI_LICENSE_FILE only looks at the first server listed

Description

License Manager: Listing multiple servers in the ESRI_LICENSE_FILE environment variable does not respond correctly.

Cause

The ArcGIS Desktop applications are not looking past the first server listed in the variable.

Solution or Workaround

There is no solution or work-around at this time.
