Convert features to 3D dialog box doesn't properly enable OK button

Description

After navigating for a surface to use as a source of heights on the 'Convert Features to 3D' dialog box, the OK button should become enabled. It doesn't.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution or Workaround

Click the 'Raster or TIN surface' radio button after navigating. This will enable the OK button.
