Change the printer spooling directory

Summary

When a file is sent to the printer, a temporary file is created under the spooling directory of C:/Temp. The following steps allow you to change this directory.

Procedure

1. Click Start > Settings > Printers.
2. Click the Server Properties under the File menu.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Change the Spool Folder as desired.
