Run-time error '326': Resource with identifier '3241' not found

Error Message

When using the SDTS Raster to Grid tool or SDTS Point to Coverage tool, and navigating for an input prefix in the floppy drive or CD-ROM drive, while they are empty, produces the following errors:

"ArcToolbox Warning
An error occurred while browsing data"

Cause

The textual information required to populate the warning message (to indicate the drive is not accessible or empty) is incorrectly referenced.
