Warning: File is not correct ArcToolbox format

Error Message

After saving to a batch file (*.bat) with the Raster to MrSid tool, attempting to load the file back into the tool produces a "File is not correct ArcToolbox format" warning. The file cannot be loaded into the tool.

Cause

This is a known issue with ArcGIS 8.1
