Unable to write tagged value to repository

Error Message

This error occurs in ArcCatalog's Schema Wizard:

"Unable to write tagged value to repository"

Cause

Microsoft Access Repository file is set to Read Only.

Solution or Workaround

1. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the location of the repository file.
2. Right-click the file and select Properties.
3. On the General tab, uncheck the Read Only attribute.
