Unable to initialize geocoding

Error Message

After upgrading Business Analyst from 1.1 to 1.1a, the following error message occurs when trying to geocode a table of addresses:

"Unable to initialize geocoding."

Cause

You have upgraded the Business Analyst software to 1.1a, but you have not updated the 1.1 data with the new 1.1a data that comes with the upgrade.

Solution or Workaround

1. Delete the contents of the existing data folder.
2. Copy the contents of each Data volume disk into its corresponding data folder.
