Procedure



  1. Select the desired layer in ArcMap.
  2. Right-click the layer and left-click Open Attribute table > Options > Export. Select the dBase format.
  3. Launch Seagate Crystal Reports from the Start Menu or from \Seagate Software\Crystal Reports\CRW32.exe.
  4. Click File > New, and in the Seagate Crystal Report Gallery dialog box, select Mailing Labels > OK.

  5. In the Mailing Labels Report Expert dialog box, click the Data tab, click Database, in the Database Explorer dialog box click Database Files > ADD. Navigate to the location of the dbase table that you created in Step 1. Click Close.

  6. In the Mailing Labels Report Expert dialog box, click the Fields tab.
  7. Under Available fields, click the fields to display in the mailing label, click the Add button.

    Note:
    If you need to format the labels, use the options under the Fields, Label, or Select tabs.

  8. Under the Fields tab, you must specify a mailing label type.

  9. Click Finish to create a mailing label report.
