Cannot interact with the tools when more than one Convert to Geodatabase tool is open

Description

When more than one Import to Geodatabase tool is opened at a time, the tools will begin to flicker. It is impossible to interact with either one of the tools. This occurs immediately after closing the Ouput Settings dialog box.

Cause

This is a known issue.
