Cannot delete events using the Delete key

Description

The Add Route Events and Display Route Events dialog boxes in ArcMap create dynamic feature layers that can be edited. The Delete key doesn't work when one or more event features are selected.

Cause

This is a known limitation.

Solution or Workaround

1. Open the feature layer’s attribute table.
2. Select the features to be deleted.
3. Press the Delete key.
