Run-time error'16': Expression too Complex

Error Message

After upgrading to ArcInfo 8.1, attempting to run an ODE application returns the message:

"Run-time error'16': Expression too Complex"

Cause

ArcInfo 8.1 is built using Microsoft Visual Studio 6, which may cause problems when communicating with an application compiled in an earlier version of Visual Basic.
