Warning: Create output feature class failed

Error Message

When converting multiple datasets with similar names (mydata_polyline, mydata_polyline_1), the first dataset is converted, then warning message occurs and subsequent datasets are not converted.

Cause

If the names are the same, except for the numeric suffix, both outputs may be assigned the same default name. The first conversion will be successful, but the second will fail since the output name is already in use.
