Not a recognized workspace factory - Automation error - Is not a valid table

Error Message

When executing a batch process in the Table to Geodatabase tool, several errors are produced if the parameters are loaded from a file. The errors are:

"Open Workspace: Not a recognized workspace factory."

"ATGdb: Automation error. Unspecified error."

"ArcToolbox Warning: Is not a valid table."

Cause

The output ArcSDE geodatabase is not currently available and/or the input table no longer exists. An ArcSDE Administrator may have shut-down the server, or network problems may exist.
