Display Hardware Key status does not return anything

Description

Display Hardware Key status returns an empty window or does not return anything.

Cause

Hardware key is not working.

Solution or Workaround

1. Install the license manager on another machine using this hardware key and the corresponding license file.
2. If Display Hardware Key status does not return the correct hardware key number on the second machine, the hardware key is not working.
   
   Contact ESRI Customer Service to obtain a new hardware key and new license file.
