Error Message

When using the Search tab in ArcObjects Developer Help, the following error may occur if you click on a highlighted word of a sample help topic in the Visual Basic, Visual C++, or Delphi tabs:

Error: 'style' is null or not an object

Cause

The topic needs to be refreshed before clicking the Visual C++, Delphi, or Visual Basic tabs.

Solution or Workaround

1. Select View > 'Locate Topic in Contents.'
2. Select the highlighted item in the Contents tab to refresh the topic.
