PROBLEM

Field aliases do not show in the chart symbology method's normalization combo box

Description

If you have Bar/Column or Stacked Chart symbology, the field alias for the normalization field does not appear in the combo box or in the Table of Contents. Only the field name appears.

Cause

This is a known issue at the 8.1 release.

Solution or Workaround



Edit the label in the Table of Contents by clicking it and manually entering the field alias.

This was fixed at version 8.1.2.
