ArcView queries a shapefile that no longer exists in the project

Description

When opening a project, ArcView tries to apply a theme definition query to a shapefile that was deleted from the project.

Cause

A theme definition is a property of the theme's attribute table (FTab), not the theme itself. The theme may have been deleted but the attribute table still exists in the project.
