Error Message

LOCATEALLOCATE returns:

Cannot find memory page. (MEM_Put)
Invalid index into memory channel: 0 (S_MEM_PtrInPage)
Error in accessing data from memory

Cause

The IMPEDANCE command can be issued prior to LOCATEALLOCATE. An IMPEDANCE item value is zero for one or more arcs.

Solution or Workaround

Note:
 Only LOCATEALLOCATE returns an error with an IMPENDANCE of zero. Other Network commands such as PATH, TOUR and ALLOCATE will accept IMPEDANCE values of zero.
