AvArray: Index 0 not in range 0..-1

Error Message

When starting Arcview, or when selecting the 'text & label default' from the Graphics menu, Arcview returns this error:

AvArray: Index 0 not in range 0..-1

Cause

Corrupt BD Denver and/or BD Springer fonts.

Solution or Workaround

1. Navigate to your system's fonts folder using Windows Explorer.
2. Delete the files bdenver.ttf and bdspring.ttf if present.
