Error Message

During a MapObjects deployment, an error message similar to the following may be raised:

ordinal 3255 could not be located in the dynamic link library mfc42d.dll

Cause

The error occurs when there is a conflict between debug versions of Microsoft's MFC component that is deployed with your MapObjects application. This is a known Microsoft issue with some DLLs.
