Missing polygon attributes for large datasets

Description

Attribute data for some polygons is empty when converting large tiger datasets with TIGERTOOL or TIGERARC.

Cause

There was a problem in the TIGERTOOL.AML that did not create label points for all polygons, so not all polygons had attribute data associated with them.

Solution or Workaround

1. Download the updated version of TIGERTOOL.AML:
   
   Click the link in Related Information, below. This will take you to ESRI Patches and Service Packs. Click on ArcInfo Workstation > Tigertool.aml; follow download instructions.
2. Make a backup of the original TIGERTOOL.AML located under: $ARCHOME\atool\arc.
3. Copy the new TIGERTOOL.AML to: $ARCHOME\atool\arc.
