The folloing error(s) occured during the registration process File D:\arcexe80\bin\MxTools.dll System is out of memory, executable file is corrupt, or relocations are invalid.

Cause

Internet Explorer 5 is not installed.

1. Install Internet Explorer 5 by running arcexe80\support\IE5setup\ie5setup.exe.
2. Register the .dlls in \arcexe80\bin.
