Convexport.exe Entry Point Not Found

Error Message

Using IMPORT in ArcInfo Workstation produced this error:

Convexport.exe Entry Point Not Found

Cause

The aishape.dll and aibase.dll files were found in both C:\Winnt\System32 and %ARCHOME%bin. Nineteen other files starting with ai were found in C:\Winnt\System32.

Solution or Workaround

1. Remove all the files in C:\Winnt\System32 that start with ai.
2. Reinstall ArcInfo.
