Tabs in ArcMap REPORT PROPERTIES dialog box are greyed out.

Description

When accessing the Make Report function from the TOOLS pulldown menu in ArcMap, the following tabs are disabled in the Report Properties dialog box:

GROUPING, SORTING, SUMMARY and DISPLAY.

Cause

The Font Size of your Display Properties is set to Large Fonts.

Solution or Workaround

1. Click Start > Programs > Settings > Control Panel
2. Double-click the Display icon
3. Click the Settings tab
4. Change the Font Size from Large Fonts to Small Fonts
