The article needs to be updated.

Might want to add another known issue with ArcInfo Workstation, IO performance degradation on 64-bit windows [#NIM067913 AML (ARC Macro Language) performance at Version 10 is 50% slower than the same AML code run at Version 9.3 on a 64-bit operating system] http://support.esri.com/en/bugs/nimbus/role/beta10_1/TklNMDY3OTEz

The article needs to be updated.

To further clarify; does this mean that ArcGIS 10.1 in both Server and Client Desktop will no longer support connections to SDE with services? Will we require using Direct connects to SDE for both the client Desktop and Server when publishing mapping services?

The article contains a typographical or grammatical error.

Nice to know; Now can we get a security whitepaper that expands on the local and domain security policy requirements involving a ArcGIS 10 installation on windows 2008 servers. For those of us in hardened environments’ this would be highly beneficial and make ESRI look a bit more knowledgeable to its user base.

I have suggested related resources/links that can enhance this article. See below.

The article says non-pooled services will no longer be supported for Web-ADF. What about non-pooled services used by web sdk clients?

The article needs to be updated.

Just a note, your feedback form ("How would you rate this article?") refers to codes 1 to 5 for rating, with no integers visible, might as well delete that text from the form.

The article is incorrect or the solution didn’t work.

Just a tiny typo in the referenced document: in the section "ArcIMS 10.1", it should be "move" instead of "more".
