Error: Create Replica Failed. Invalid Column Value [Name]

Error Message
When creating a replica, the following error message displays:
"Create Replica Failed.
Invalid Column Value[Name]".
The error may also state, "Version not found[<version name>]".-show me-
"Create Replica Failed.

Cause
This is most often caused because the replica name exceeds 32 characters.
Solution or Workaround
The size limit for a replica name is 32 characters. Create the replica with a name that is 32 characters or less.
