Error Message
"Cannot create topology.
The selected feature dataset does not contain any feature classes which can participate in a topology."
Cause
- The feature class already participates in a topology or geometric network.
- The feature class is an annotation or dimension feature class.
- The feature class is registered as versioned.

Great article! It helped a lot!
The article answered the error I was getting while trying to create a topology. I had the data Registered as Versioned.

This was helpful, but it would be a LOT more helpful if the tool provided these helpful hints rather than just an ambiguious error message.
