Where should the Canadian NTv2 grid files be placed to use them with ArcGIS?
Answer
Copy the grid files to the pedata\ntv2\canada directory in the ArcGIS home directory. By default this is found at C:\Program Files\ArcGIS - If the canada folder does not exist, create it.
