I understand projections. What I need to know is how to use ESRI software. I have been trying to overlay data for over 2 weeks now. (sigh)

I need info on reprojection within ArcView 3.1 or 3.2, not ArcGIS/Arcview 8.x, from WGS 1984 datum (lat-long points) to NAD83 datum (UTM Zone 10) points.
