The ArcToolbox help system that shipped with ArcGIS 8.2 is missing a number of help topics. Here is a new version of this file containing all topics. To install it:

  1. Right-click on the link above and save the file to your local disk.
  2. Rename the ArcToolbox.hlp file in your Archome/help folder.
  3. Put this new ArcToolbox.hlp file in your Archome/help folder.
