To align two or more maps or images so that equivalent geographic coordinates coincide. -

In computing, to add information about a software component to the system registry, generally performed using the RegSvr32 utility. Programs search the system registry to locate software components. Registering is commonly used to make dynamic link libraries (DLLs) available to other programs. The Unregister command may be used to remove the component.
