CAD drawing

  1. [graphics (computing)] The digital equivalent of a drawing, figure, or schematic created using a CAD system.
  2. [ESRI software] In ArcCatalog, an item in the Catalog tree representing all features and annotation in a CAD file. The symbology defined in the CAD file determines how features are drawn in ArcMap or in the ArcCatalog preview.
