Summary

This update contains updates and fixes for those who have installed Business Analyst Desktop 10.4. The patch applies necessary modifications to enable an “Online Mode” for the Fusion Report Designer, as well as various related fixes.

Description

Esri® announces Esri Business Analyst Desktop 10.4 Online Report Editor Patch. This update patch should be installed by both U.S. and Localized version users of Business Analyst Desktop 10.4. The patch exposes a "Usage Mode" dialog for the Fusion Report Designer, which will allow you to choose between working with local or online data. The newly added "Online Mode" allows you to create and edit your own online report templates, which can then be shared on ArcGIS Online. Also, via your organization, the shared reports can be accessed and run throughout Business Analyst applications such as Web and Mobile. It deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this Patch.

Installing this patch on Windows

Installation Steps:

Esri Business Analyst Desktop must be installed before installing this patch.

Download the appropriate file for your environment to a location other than your installation location.

Make sure you have write access to your installation location.
Double-click ArcGIS-104-BA-ORE-Patch.msp to start the setup process.

NOTE: If double clicking on the MSP file does not start the setup installation, you can start the setup installation manually by using the following command:

msiexec.exe /p [location of Patch]\ArcGIS-104-BA-ORE-Patch.msp
