  This patch works around an issue with Oracle 10gR2, Long Raw based ESRI Binary, and cached cursors. Investigation with Oracle is in progress. If you are experiencing ORA-03106 errors when using LongRaw data and Oracle 10gR2 you should download this patch and follow the instructions provided.
