This patch addresses a crash in ArcMap when opening or saving certain map documents in ArcGIS 10.0 Service Pack 2. Any map document that includes a map surround, and has been saved to version 9.0/9.1 or 8.3 using the "Save a Copy" command can trigger the crash. As there is no way to know if a document was saved to a previous version, we recommend that all users install this patch.

This ArcGIS SP1 Raster / Spatial Patch is the ArcOnline version of QFE Aidt-81sp1-7. This QFE addresses raster and spatial issues with Spatial Analyst.
ArcGIS Service Pack 1 is required to install this patch.

Service Pack 1 is an optional upgrade to ArcGIS 8.1. It addresses specific issues that were discovered in ArcGIS Desktop 8.1 (ArcView, ArcInfo, and ArcEditor), ArcInfo Workstation 8.1, and ArcSDE 8.1. The service pack contains performance improvements, maintenance fixes, and a few new features.
