Summary
PLTS 3.1 Service Pack 3.1 for Foundation (including Reviewer). We recommend that customers download and install this Service Pack at their earliest convenience. This Service Pack contains several improvements and maintenance fixes, which upgrade the PLTS Foundation to version 3.1.0.31. A Word doc is provided in the zip file containing install instructions. NOTE: Included in this service pack are all the Reviewer fixes.

- When installing use the Setup_PLTSFoundation_SP3.1.exe file and follow the install instructions (Do not install directly from the MSP file )
