ISO Metadata Editor Patch

Summary

There are two files required by the ISO editor that are not distributed as part of the ArcGIS 8.2 Desktop install. If either or both are missing from your computer, you'll get an error message when you open the ISO metadata editor and then click the Edit Contacts button on the Metadata author, Point of contact, or Distributor pages. This patch provides the missing files.
