GPT 3.0 Advanced Search Map Vertical Scrolling Patch

This patch fixes the Advanced Search map vertical scrolling problem in GPT 3.0. When the Advanced Search page doesn’t fit on the screen, you have to vertically scroll to see the entire page. Without this patch, if you attempt to define a search area on the map by using the map drawing tools, the starting cursor position of the draw area will be offset vertically by the amount the page was scrolled down.
