Installing this Service Pack

In order to install this Service Pack, AutoCAD 2005 and/or AutoCAD 2006 must be installed and configured.

  1. Close AutoCAD 2005 or AutoCAD 2006.

  2. Download ArcSDECADClient91SP1.exe (8MB) to a location other than your CAD Client destination location.

  3. Double-click the setup file to start the install process. The executable will self-extract to an ArcSDE folder that will be created in your User TEMP directory (for example: C:\Documents and Settings\user1234\Local Settings\Temp\ArcSDE).

  4. When the Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.
