When uploading a ZIP file containing a z-enabled shapefile or file geodatabase feature class to ArcGIS Online, and publishing as a feature service, new features cannot be added to the feature service in Collector for ArcGIS (Android) in offline mode, and the following error message, "The shape must have a Z value" is returned.
