Workaround

Workaround A:In Collector for ArcGIS, go to Maps > My Maps, and refresh the gallery. Field users are able to perform the sync successfully.Workaround B:Restart Collector for ArcGIS or access the Credential Manager.Workaround C:Remove the ArcGIS Online account from Collector for ArcGIS, and re-add the account.Workaround D The workaround requires editing registry for systems that don't seem to connect to wifi automatically once logged into Windows. This was provided by a customer1. Locate key HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WcmSvc\ 2. See if the GroupPolicy subkey exists.3. If not, highlight WcmSvc, right click on WcmSvc and Choose New -> Key and name it GroupPolicy, 4. Select the new GroupPolicy key and then in the right pane, (right-click) and choose New -> DWORD (32-bit) and create value, name it as fMinimizeConnections and Click OK. 5. Reboot and test. This policy allows users to connect automatically to wireless network, even with a LAN plugged in and works on both Windows 8/8.1 and 10
