When capturing images in Collector for ArcGIS (Windows), the camera does not open if using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Windows 10 tablet.

Workaround

'Photo size' in Collector for ArcGIS app under 'Settings' as the default setting is 'Medium'. If the 'Photo size' is increased to 'Large, Extra Large or Actual size', a screenshot from the camera can be saved. (this hasn't been tested on all devices so users need to test various sizes until they find the one that works for devices that use Windows 10).
