Moving two items referring to the same service URL to a sub folder fails with the following error, "This item is already available in the folder and cannot be moved."

Workaround

Instead of adding the items to the root folder, directly add the items to the sub folder by selecting the Sub Folder name on the My Content page under the Add Item option.
