When using the Create Map Tile Package tool, the Service option shows a red X when choosing a valid service.

Additional Information

Additionally when browsing to an existing tile schema, the XML file does not get listed in the browse window.

Workaround

Copy the location URL from the Windows Explorer where the XML file tile schema file exists, and paste it under the Service Option with the file name and extension. Click Run to create the Map Tile Package. However, this works only when choosing an existing tile schema file and not for a valid service.
